Throughout my career, I’ve supported clients dealing with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, family and relationship conflict, substance use, and both physical and emotional trauma. I understand that healing and growth look different for everyone, which is why I take an individualized, compassionate, and client-centered approach.
My therapeutic style is eclectic, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). This allows me to adapt our work together to meet your unique needs, preferences, and goals.
